The TEDx Global Idea Search is an exclusive programme showcasing ten new ideas from India, with one speaker earning the chance to present on the main TED stage in Vancouver.

Organized by TEDx Gateway, powered by Edge Community, and hosted at The Pavilion by Quorum in Lower Parel, Mumbai, this was a high-caliber, intimate event featuring an exclusive storytelling workshop by Kelly Stoetzel.

We managed all social content (speaker spotlights, event schedules, early bird passes, scholarship applications), ran targeted email campaigns and Meta ads, and deployed a full shoot crew for live documentation including event photography, speaker coverage, and recap Reels.
