1. Services Are Non-Refundable
All payments made towards our services, including but not limited to digital marketing services, event marketing campaigns, paid media management, influencer coordination, sponsorship outreach, content creation, and any other services provided by the Company, are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been made and acknowledged, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Scope of Work
All engagements are governed by a mutually agreed-upon scope of work, statement of work, or proposal. The Company commits to delivering the services as outlined in the agreed scope. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review the scope and terms of engagement before making any payment.
3. Payment Disputes
In the event of a payment dispute or billing discrepancy, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date. We will review your concern and work towards a resolution. However, this does not guarantee a refund.
4. Cancellation
If a client wishes to cancel an ongoing engagement, the cancellation terms as specified in the relevant service agreement or statement of work shall apply. Any work completed up to the date of cancellation is non-refundable.
5. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the performance of its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or any other force majeure event. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.
