What happens next

Three things before we talk

1

Check your inbox

Your calendar invite is on its way. Accept it so the call lands in your calendar.

2

We do our homework

Before the call we look at your event page, your past ads and what similar events have done.

3

You leave with a plan

On the call we walk you through how we'd sell out your event: timeline, creatives and budget.

Why a specialist

Why an events-only agency beats a generalist

A generalist agency treats your event like any other client. Events don't work like that.

We work to a deadline

A brand can market all year. Your event has a date. Every campaign we run is planned backwards from doors open.

We count tickets, not likes

We judge a campaign by tickets sold and money back on ad spend. Reach and followers don't pay the venue.

We already have the playbook

Announcement, the slow middle weeks, the final push. We've run that cycle 25+ times, so you don't pay for us to learn it.

Creatives made to sell tickets

Lineup drops, countdowns, last-tickets alerts. Our creatives are built for people deciding whether to buy, not to win design awards.

FAQs

Questions people ask before the call

What should I bring to the call?

Your event date, venue capacity, ticket prices and any past ad results. Rough numbers are fine.

How far before my event should we start?

30 to 45 days out is ideal. That gives us time to announce, keep sales moving and finish with a final push. Closer than that still works; we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

Do you make the creatives?

Yes. Ad creatives and copy are part of the work, built for selling tickets.

How much should I spend on ads?

It depends on your capacity, ticket price and how much is already sold. We'll give you a recommended budget on the call.

Do you work with events in my city?

Yes. We run campaigns remotely for events in different countries, including Berlin, and work around your time zone.

How will I know it's working?

You get access to a live client dashboard and regular updates from your account manager, measured on tickets sold.

What if I need to reschedule?

Use the link in your calendar invite to pick a new time.
